There are now abundant opportunities and diversities for the engineering profession, including for careers in medicine, business and sciences.
NTU has a tradition of excellence in Engineering, with engineering education at the core of the Institution's purpose since 25 years ago.
At the College of Engineering, students will discover engineering in a different light. We design our undergraduate programs to provide a complete education and create diverse opportunities to harness the talents of students and nurture graduates not limited by boundaries. Our close relations with businesses have also enabled us to offer a robust curriculum that keeps pace with the needs of industry and create high demand for our graduates.
Adopting a student-centric approach, we inject flexibility and personalised learning experience by allowing students to choose their own minors and plan the pace of their studies. With a myriad of interdisciplinary programs and specialisations available from the 6 Schools in the College to suit individual interests and aspirations, students may choose the engineering specialisation at admission or decide on the specialisation after one year of engineering studies. To top it up, we explore opportunities for students to pursue directions that appeal to his or her interests, abilities and career aspirations, including in management, science and economics. For the academically outstanding, students may join tailored programs like the CN Yang Scholars program or our integrated Bachelor of Engineering programs leading to Masters degree.
All in all, students will experience an engineering education that is on par with the leading universities worldwide.
